Colony Fusion is the act of combining more than one Colony in the game. There is two forms of Colony Fusion. One combining 4 colonies making a Fortress and another one which is combining 16 colonies making a city.
Fortress Fusion[]
To make a fortress fusion you need the following requirements:
All affected colonies have to be fully developed (maximum level of all chambers, excluding the Harbor)
One of the colonies has to be the Main Colony
The Main Colony has to own a fully developed Harbor
No building- or Research orders must be in the colonies' production queues
No armies must be on the move
No support troops must be in the colonies
City Fusion[]
To make a city fusion you need the following requirements:
All affected colonies have to be fully developed (maximum level of all chambers, excluding the Harbor)
One of the colonies has to be a Fortress
The Main Colony has to be one of the Fortresses
No building- or Research orders must be in the colonies' production queues
